Sharm Hosts IBSF Championships

Great news for all you die hard billiard fans living clandestinely in Egypt. Starting today the Egyptian Federation of Billiards Sports is hosting the 2014 IBSF World Team & 6 Red Championships at Sharm El Sheikh.

The tournament will have its opening ceremony today, June 17, with matches starting on June 19 and closing on June 29. The event will be taking place at the amazing International Sports Development Center in Sharm el-Sheikh that is equipped with 18 match tables and has attracted 174 entries looking to prove they are number 1.

Many of the competitors will be staying at the SUNRISE Grand Select Arabian Beach Resort, which is equipped with 6 practice tables for contestants to practice on. If you really are a true fan of the sport, then we highly suggest heading there, as this may be your only opportunity to challenge a billiards champion.
