Sheikh Zayed Central Park to Open to Public This Month

On Thursday May 23rd, the 65-acre Sheikh Zayed Central Park is set to open to the public for the very first time. Vice President of Sheikh Zayed City Authority, Ahmed Ibrahim, said to El Watan that ticket prices are set at EGP 25 pounds, and the park will open from 10 am to 10 pm daily.

With five main entrances, Sheikh Zayed Central Park is divided up into areas for restaurants and cafes, recreational spaces, jogging tracks, artificial lakes and fountains, and an indoor sports and gaming complex for children. It also has spaces dedicated to art exhibitions and photo shoots. The total cost for the park is estimated to have reached EGP 170 million.
