44% of Surveyed Arab Youth Chose UAE as Best Place to Live

For the 8th time in a row, the United Arab Emirates topped the 11th edition of Burson Cohn & Wolf (BCW)'s Arab Youth Survey on best places to live in the world, with 44% of Arab youth voting in favour of the UAE as their dream living destination, coming ahead of the U.S. and Canada.

Most of those voting in favour of the UAE chose the U.S. and Japan as the 2nd and 3rd best places to live, according to the survey.

Safety, security, and career opportunities were the determinant factors behind the UAE's topping of the list, which remains consistent with the reasons listed by respondents in the past 7 editions.

Arab youth consider the UAE to be a strong ally of their countries, which also contributed to it being viewed favourbly, with 93% seeing the UAE as an ally to their country, surpassing the rest of MENA countries, such as Egypt, which was seen as an ally by 84% of respondents.
