We were wasting time online again when we found Al-Ahly chatting it up with some of the country's biggest brands on Facebook and Twitter about their upcoming match. We obviously screenshotted the whole thing.
Over the course of our social media adventures, while we were avoiding all the work we're supposed to be doing, we noticed something kind of odd. Al-Ahly and their sponsors, Vodafone, Coca-Cola, Juhayna, and Huawei have all been engaged in some sort of digital banter, Facebooking and Tweeting at each other. Of course we dropped everything and went click-happy trying to figure out what was going on. Here's the 'sitch': they're going on about Al-Ahly's upcoming match against AS Roma in Dubai on the 20th – you know, the one that every football fan is talking about, even all the die-hard Zamalek fans. It looks like they've got a bit up their sleeves and are sending some fans over to cheer our homeboys on for the big game. We'll go pack our bags for Dubai while you guys check out these screenshots of the cute conversation.
