Bringing together world leaders, intellectuals and influential figures from across the planet, the fourth World Youth Forum (WYF) is shaping up to be the biggest and most diverse edition yet. Taking place in Sharm El Sheikh from the 10th to the 13th of January, the sweeping event aims to inspire youth in Egypt and beyond.


An exciting lineup of speakers is flying in from all corners of the planet and there are a spate of familiar faces to look out for. Here are just a few of the names taking part.


ITZIAR ITUÑO


Known for her role as Inspector Raquel Murillo in Netflix’s iconic ‘La Casa de Papel’, Spanish actress Itziar Ituño will meet up with fans at this year’s WYF to share her experiences with them.


ANWAR JIBAWI


American actor and comedian Anwar Jibawi is best known for his online presence, with over 6.7 million YouTube subscribers, Jibawi has amassed a large audience for his comedic skits about subjects including family, romance, and friendship.


ANAS BUKHASH


The brain behind popular MENA online talk show #ABTalks, Bukhash is an Emirati entrepreneur that founded Ahdaf Sports Club and a public speaker. On his YouTube show, he’s interviewed the likes of Ahmed El Sakka, Jane the Virgin’s Justin Baldoni, Amina Khalil, and many others, delving into their personal and professional lives.


BEN POL


Tanzanian singer and songwriter Ben Pol is a leading artist in Central Africa and has proven to be one of the fastest-growing artists in the scene. As a UN ambassador for environmentalism, Pol is also recognised for his work to combat climate change.


MARKIAN BENHAMOU


Part of Smile Squad Comedy, Markian Benhamou is a comedian and actor that’s part of a YouTube comedy group that delves into American culture and society, creating skits on everything from how it feels to be a tall person to dating in the modern age.


IBN HATTUTA


Jordanian backpacker and content creator Ibn Hattuta is the man behind ‘Ibn Hattuta Travels’, a popular YouTube show that takes his viewers on an adventure on every populated continent on the planet.
