You Can Now Get Married at the Oldest Ottoman Site in Cairo

The Supreme Council of Antiquities has released updated fees for Qur'an contracts at three significant sites: Suleiman Pasha Al-Khadim Mosque (known as Sarayat el-Gabal Mosque) in Salah al-Din al-Ayyubi Citadel, and the Prince Muhammad Ali Mosque within Prince Muhammad Ali’s Palace in Manial.

The fees set for Qur'an contracts are EGP 10,000, with attendance capped at a maximum of 200 people or fewer. The Council opted to gather an insurance amount, equal to 25% of the overall fees, to be refunded post-event in the absence of damages.

Additionally, a sum of EGP 1,000 will be charged for utilities (electricity and water).
