Chef Nabil Hassan will be heading over to the Sheikh Zayed cooking school on September 28th to teach eager homecooks how to make croissants, danishes, pate, cinnamon rolls, and more during a seven-hour workshop that will give you a clear and concise rundown on everything a la Francais. Well, maybe not everything, you certainly won’t learn how to be Parisian chic.
