Founder, chef and sandwich extraordinaire Huwida Bensaid wants to offer clients a whole new food experience, tingling all of the five senses, “I wanted to bring something different to the market as I come from a mixed background of Egyptian/Libyan families and I’m also a trained Italian chef. So, I wanted to showcase both my education and heritage to create a fresh gourmet food concept as we are making everything in our kitchen, starting from the bread to the sauces and condiments like mayo and bbq sauce. Also, we are using only fresh produce which is available in the season as we are aiming to be a farm to table kinda catering”.
