In yesterday's Egyptian Premier League match between Petrojet and Wadi Degla in Suez that ended 1-1, Mohamed Sharawy opened the scoring, before running to the sidelines to celebrate and brandishing his shin guard from his socks, raising it to the air and taking a pretend selfie with his team-mates. Check out the video below.

It's not the first time a footballer has done this kind of selfiebration. When Dom Dwyer of MLS team Sporting Kansas City scored against Chicago Fire this summer, he ran into the crowd, snatched someones mobile phone and took a selfie with the delighted fans and a teammate... and then got yellow carded from the ref because of it. Not sure if that's in the rule books.
