Majlis, Ramadan Nights at the Jeddah Yacht Club:

Le Vesuvio

Le Vesuvio is serving high-class classics this Ramadan season. Start with crisp samosas and flavorful Harira soup, then choose between Tamarind-style Sea Bass with lemon confit and basil or Risotto Saleed Lamb Shank slow-cooked in saffron and topped with Parmigiano Reggiano. For desert? Choose between tiramisu or a bowl of date Hanini. Be sure to reserve your group table, and remember that the minimum charge per person is SAR 185.

Le Comptoir De Nicole

Blending Moroccan tradition with familiar Saudi favourites, Le Comptoir De Nicole is sure to class up your next iftar. This is a flavour trip that stretches from one end of the MENA region to the other, starting with your choice between Moroccan lamb harira soup or traditional Saudi lentil soup, followed by your choice of North African Lamb Shank Tajine or Arancini-style Saudi Saleeg. End your meal with a morsel of baklava tiramisu or Saudi date cheesecake infused with smooth ice cream. The minimum charge for this dining experience is SAR 225 per person.

MASHI NO MASHI

The Jeddah Yacht Club’s next Ramadan selection takes you a bit further afield. Discover the in-house Japanese street food pop-up, MASHI NO MASHI. Let’s be real, this option might not be the most traditional Ramadan experience. However, with its commitment to Izakaya, the traditional Japanese concept of relaxed meal sharing, it might not be so far removed from the spirit of Ramadan as you might expect. This menu features a wide variety of ramen options that are crafted from scratch, as well as a new sharing menu concept bursting with incredible ingredients.

Emmy Squared Pizza

If you’re looking for a night of low-key luxury, head to Emmy Squared Pizza. This restaurant specialises in high-quality comfort food classics. In addition to their iconic square pizzas, their menu includes delicious additions like the award-winning double-stack Le Big Matt Burger, sandwiches served on pretzel buns, and a range of tasty salads.
