Beirut's The Ballroom Blitz & Retrogroove Host Laqlouq Festival

A weekend boogying among the trees of a mountainous village? What could be better? Mark your calendars for August 21st and 22nd.

Lebanon needs a good reason to dance. So Beirut’s Ballroom Blitz is collaborating with the homegrown party collective, Retrogroove, to bring over 20 DJs to two stages for a country-first Laqlouq Festival.

The “magical sleepover” will take place on 21-22 August, in the quaint Laqlouq Village Vacances, tucked within the glorious mountainous scenery.

Given the Ballroom Blitz’s commitment to showcasing emerging local talent alongside established names coupled with Retrogroove’s blending of art and electronic music to provide a culturally rich experience, it simply promises to be a memorable weekend.

Tickets for the boogie are now available via or
