Ilmond Expands ‘Intifada’ With a Deluxe Release

Five months after its initial release, Ilmond, formerly known as Muhab, drops the deluxe version of his acclaimed album ‘Intifada’, introducing three new tracks: ‘Wesh’, ‘Kaf’ and ‘Malek’. These additions offer deeper insight into Muhab’s newly adopted persona, further expanding the enigmatic world he crafted for this chapter of his career - what he calls ‘Intifada’ (Disruption).

The deluxe edition not only deepens the sonic landscape but also comes with darker artwork, encapsulating the themes explored in the music. While the original ‘Intifada’ carried an understated aesthetic, the new tracks embrace more expansive production, marked by complex arrangements and slower, moodier beats. Ilmond sharpens the ‘Intifada’ narrative, reinforcing the contemplative, angry and detached tone of the first release.

More than just an album, ‘Intifada’ documented a pivotal shift in Ilmond’s career - a transformation from the dreamer, the emotionally wrecked kid, into a more self-focused artist, one who now embraces chaos as part of a radical reinvention. The deluxe version further cements this evolution, making it an essential continuation of his disruptive new era.
