This past year has hit the music industry hard, especially independent artists, but Afroto is hitting back. Hot on the heels of last month’s single ‘3AKARET’, Afroto presents his sixth track of the year ‘MSH BEL 7OZOZ’.

Illustrating his immaculate lyrical flow, Afroto is boastful in asserting his place in the Egyptian trap game. He plays down any notion of luck driving his success and declares himself as one of the most tireless workers behind the scenes, in the scene. With prolific Egyptian producer Wezza Montaser on the beat, the track is the latest collaboration between the pair. A ‘mic-drop’ feel follows each bar delivered, and the production kindly complements the lyrics. ‘MSH BEL 7OZOZ’ was accompanied by a fiery music video, directed by Youssef Mahrous.

Does the track showcase anything new about Afroto’s musical arsenal? Perhaps not. But having gained over 300,000 views in less than 24 hours, he’s figured a formula for what hits right.
