RedBull Sound Clash is Back on May 12th Featuring Afroto & Sharmoofers

After a four-year hiatus, Red Bull Sound Clash is back on May 12th featuring indie Egyptian band Sharmoofers and rising rapper Afroto. With the Sound Clash events bringing to the forefront a myriad of underground voices over the years, blending genres and carving out a community for alternative music, this year it's presenting its first rap act with Afroto.

On May 12th at the Mall of Egypt, Sharmoofers and Afroto battle it out on stage, leaving it up to the audience as per Sound Clash tradition, to cheer their hearts out and vote in favour of their favourite artists.From Afroto’s catchy and cheeky bars to Sharmoofers’s Afro-inspired ballads, the upcoming Red Bull Soundclash seems to feature yet another genre-bending experience, since their last gig in 2019.

Tickets for the anticipated indie versus rap clash will be available on April 21st for EGP 380 through Talabat.
