Ja's Cooking Rules

Ja Rule is back on the scene, but, luckily, he hasn’t returned to barking over Hip-Hop beats. He is actually re-inventing himself as a the greatest microwave chef in the world. Inspired by the time he spent in prison, Ja Rule is working on a strictly “microwave cookbook.”

Born as Jeffrey Atkins, Ja Rule overcame terrible prison food by making his own meals in a microwave and gaining 30 pounds in the process. "[The food inside prison] is not too good but you get packages and stuff like that. You can eat pretty good. You can eat decent enough," he told TMZ. "I ate everything. In jail, they're pretty crafty. We made lasagne, we made cheesecakes, we had lots of things. I really didn't eat prison food."

This cookbook is must have for anyone planning on committing crimes. As for people at home, we recommend you don't eat microwaved food, and that instead you actually cook things from scratch. Your body will thank you and if you don't know how to cook, then we recommend purchasing any other cookbook, as it guarantees to be better than this shit.
