Amr Diab's Lawyer Files Lawsuit Against Fan for Harassment

The Public Prosecution office in New Cairo has initiated an investigation into a report filed by Egyptian artist Amr Diab against an individual for alleged harassment during a wedding in Cairo on Friday, June 7th.

According to statements made during the investigation, Amr Diab's lawyer disclosed that the individual in question approached him from behind, forcefully raising a mobile phone in an attempt to take a photo. Additionally, it was claimed that the same individual similarly approached the artist Mohamed Ramadan.

In his testimony to the Public Prosecution, the lawyer emphasized that Amr Diab welcomes all fans and is open to taking photographs with them.

The incident came to light after a video circulated online showing the singer slapping a fan during his performance at the wedding, sparking outrage on social media.
