Kalyubeya Man Kills and Burns Gay Friend
A man kills his friend, and sets fire to the body for being gay.

A few weeks ago, an unemployed man in Kalyubeya killed his 26-year old worker friend. The two were hanging out in the victim's flat doing drugs, when the deceased asked his friend to sleep with him. Somehow the situation escalated to the man called Atef M., grabbing the Kerosene burner and hitting the victim on the back of the head, before stabbing him repeatedly in the back, killing him. He then emptied the Kerosene in the burner on the body and set fire to it. Atef M. who confessed to the murder is currently in police custody awaiting trial.
