People & Places Teams Up With REDCON at The Med on Egypt’s North Coast
The EGP 500 million contract marks a new milestone at The Med Ras El Hekma.
People & Places, an innovative community maker known for its forward-thinking projects, has just inked a EGP 500 million contract with REDCON Construction. This deal is set to speed up the development of The Med Ras El Hekma, a highly anticipated project on Egypt’s North Coast, with REDCON taking charge of building the skeleton and external finishes for the first phase of ‘The Waterfall Village’, a striking design by Alchemy Architecture.
REDCON’s reputation in the construction industry promises efficient, sustainable and high-quality work, aiming for completion in just 18 months. “We’re excited to join forces with REDCON Construction. Their expertise and commitment to sustainable construction are exactly what we need to bring our vision for The Med to life,” Karim El Assal, Founder of People & Places, tells CairoScene.
Progress at The Med is already in full swing. The first phase of The Gray Cabanas has finished rough grading and is nearly done with its skeleton construction. The Mediterranean Villas are also in development, with rough grading almost wrapped up and skeleton works underway. The Waterfall Village, which has reached 40% completion in rough grading, is now set to move forward under REDCON.
The Med Ras El Hekma is People & Places’ first big splash in the real estate market. For the second year in a row, Gray Beach Club has opened its doors to welcome clients and community members with its crystal-clear waters, top-notch amenities and high-class service.
