Egyptian Comic Books 'Flash' is Getting an Animated Series For Ramadan

The series consists of two seasons of 15 episodes each, recreating the misadventures of Mido, Suzy, Alam, Suror and all the rest on MBC Shahid.

More than 30 years since it was first published in 1990, artist Khaled El Safty’s iconic ‘Flash’ comic strips are coming to the small screen for Ramadan, airing exclusively on MBC Shahid starting this Saturday, April 2nd.


The series consists of two seasons of 15 episodes each, recreating the misadventures of Mido, Suzy, Alam, Suror and all the rest in 12 minutes. The series will also include the first appearance of  a new character, Al Alam Aziz, who is set to be the first Flash character to debut on television.
