Mona Zaki Will Star in New Series ‘Tale3 Nazel’
Actress Mona Zaki and director Hani Khalifa reunite in a new mini-series after their hit 2003 film ‘Sahar El Layali’.

Superstar Mona Zaki has begun preparations for her new series, tentatively titled ‘Tale’a Nazel’. The 10-episode series will be directed by Hany Khalifa, who’s best known for his debut film ‘Sahar El Layali’ (2003) which also starred Zaki, as well as TV series ‘Foq Mostawa El Shobohat’ (2016), ‘Layali Eugenie’ (2018) and most recently ‘Al Layla Welly Feeha’ (2022).
‘Tale’a Nazel’ will feature Egyptian actor Sherif Salama, and is co-written by Inji Al Qassem and Sama Abdelkhalek. The series will begin shooting this October, and will be released outside of the Ramadan season.
