Egypt’s Ministry of Education Receives First Batch of 100,000 Educational Tablets for Schools

In a spot of educational news this fine Monday afternoon, Egypt’s Ministry of Education has received its first batch of educational tablets to be distributed to schools the country over.

Currently, 100,000 tablets are in distribution, with another 100,000 to be delivered in the coming few days, according to a phone statement by Minister Tarek Shawki on Sadda el Balad’s  ‘Ala Mas’oleity’ programme.

The Education Ministry is set to have a total of 700,000 tablets in distribution to schools by the end of October.
