Criminal Court Refers 'Tagamoa Serial Killer' to the Grand Mufti

The Cairo Criminal Court convened in the Fifth Settlement today, referring the case of the defendant 'Karim S.,' known in the media as the 'Tagamoa Serial Killer,' to the Grand Mufti of Egypt for consideration of the death penalty. The court has scheduled September 12 as the date for the final sentencing.
The defendant has been convicted of murdering three women whose bodies were discovered earlier this year.
