DJ Richard R Releases Smooth New Mixtape Series Sous Sol

Local favorite Richard R has certainly done the rounds in recent years, being a go-to spinner for most of the country's promoters and venues, and now he's planning to make a dent online with his new mixtape series Sous Sol. The name translates to basement which conjures up initial thoughts of hard-hitting after-hours techno, but it's anything but. In fact, it's more sol than sous sol. Volume one is a more groovy, upbeat melodic effort, a smooth tech/deep journey more suited for an early night drive featuring the likes of Viken Arman, Jonas Saalbach and Patrice Baumel. Enjoy!
