Egypt Digital Creativity Center to be Built at Qalyubia's Benha University

This is part of a presidential initiative to establish multiple digital training centres throughout the nation. This centre will qualify its students for the requirements of the local and global labour market.

As digitization takes a stronghold across all sectors and employment fields, young Egyptians are finding it more imperative than ever to expand their technological skills. Whether it’s undergraduates attending Zoom classes or the hoards of engineering students shifting towards software degrees, technology has squeezed itself into every detail of our life.

To prepare the younger generation for this ongoing shift in the professional world, a new cooperation between Benha University and the Information Technology Institute will establish a digital creativity centre to develop the skills of young professionals within the Qalyubia governorate.

The Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research has already cooperated with universities in Mansoura, Menoufia, Minya, Sohag, and Qena to create technology centres on their campuses to empower their student body. A few more locations are set to receive these centres in Aswan, Cairo, Ismailia, Giza, and the New Administrative Capital.
