Egypt Fighter Jet Crashes
Though there have been no causalities, this is not the first time an air force jet has malfunctioned in action in Egypt.

On Wednesday, an Egyptian air force jet crashed violently in the Nile Delta governorate of Daqahliya, with no deaths reported, according to a statement released by the military.
According to Military spokesman Col. Ahmed Mohammed Ali, the jet's pilot was transferred to a hospital and is currently in stable condition. Mechanical failure is being blamed for the crash, and thankfully no one was hurt.
This is not the first time this has happened: a similar accident with a MiG-21 fighter jet crashed last October in Luxor, killing one civilian and injuring three. There is no telling if this will be an ongoing trend, however one can hope that the military will evaluate their fleet before another mechanical failure threatens the lives of the innocent.
