Egyptians Can Receive Research Grants in Nuclear Sciences in Russia
The programme is a collaboration between Egypt’s Academy of Scientific Research and Technology and Russia’s United Institute of Nuclear Sciences.

The Academy of Scientific Research and Technology (ASRT) has opened applications for Egyptian scientists, researchers and students to pursue advanced studies at the United Institute of Nuclear Sciences in Russia.
Applications are open for seven research fields at the Institute, namely Nuclear Physics, High Energy Physics, Neutron Physics, Theoretical Physics, Information Technology as well as Radiation Biology. The programme aims to encourage Egyptian scientists to further their expertise in the nuclear sciences by benefitting from the Institute’s international environment and collaboration with global peers.
ASRT became the first African and Arab scientific institute to enjoy full membership privileges at the Institute after having concluded an agreement with them in November 2021.
