The Egyptian Cabinet announced that Thursday, April 20th to Tuesday, April 25th will be a paid public holiday to celebrate Eid Al Fitr.
The Eid holiday now coincides with Sinai Liberation Day, on April 25th, which was also set to be a public holiday. The decision applies to workers in ministries, governmental facilities, public authorities, local administration units, public sector companies, the public enterprise sector, and the private sector, according to the Cabinet’s statement.
