Five new public squares are set to open in Sharm El Sheikh in preparation for the first day of Eid Al Fitr, featuring statues, flower displays and fountains. The new spaces include the ‘Friends of the Environment’ Square in front of the city council building, and Sharm Delta Square in the Hadaba district.
The squares are nearing completion, and will be opened for Eid Al Fitr, providing more public spaces for the end-of-Ramadan celebrations, which will go on for at least three days.
