Gaza Faces Another Communication & Internet Blackout

Palestinian telecommunication companies Paltel and Jawwal reported a "complete disruption" of communications and internet services in Gaza, marking the second major outage in just five days. These blackouts have raised concerns among humanitarian aid agencies, as they severely hamper their operations in an already dire situation in Gaza.

On October 27th, a complete communications blackout persisted for more than 24 hours, coinciding with on-ground incursions by Israeli Occupation Forces, and resulting in a news blackout in the besieged city. According to the Palestinian Health Ministry, the Palestinian death toll has now reached 8,525. Meanwhile, in the occupied West Bank, more than 122 Palestinians have lost their lives to violence and Israeli raids.
