Impactyn ‘Etbara3 b Sortak’ Initiative Generates EGP 7.5 Million
Egyptian AI startup, Impactyn, has impacted thousands of lives with this year’s ‘Etbara3 b Sortak’ campaign.

Impactyn - an AI-powered platform that connects social media users with brands that are looking for genuine visibility through real consumers - held their ‘Etbara3 b Sortak’ campaign to connect brands, NGOs, and individuals towards a common cause. And they’ve just closed it off by raising EGP 7.5 million for NGOs in need!
The campaign encouraged users on their platform - aka impactyrs - to join one of the charity campaigns on their app, upload their content, and opt to have the monetary rewards accrued by their post (based on its engagement and reach) donated to their chosen foundation. And since the monetary reward is paid for by a partner brand, regular users don’t have to spend any of their own money to make an impact!
Over 8,000 impactyrs joined the initiative, and their content’s engagement reached 2.5 million people. Even celebrities and media personalities have gone online to spread the word about the initiative, including the likes of Donia Samir Ghanem, Karim Fahmy, Ahmed Dawood, Radwa El Sherbiny and Assala!
The true mark of success for the campaign however is that it built up EGP 7.5 million in donations for Impactyn’s five partner NGOs, simultaneously benefiting brands by helping them live up to their corporate social responsibilities, and the NGOs themselves by allowing them to continue their valuable work.
