Mind Yourself With the Mental Health Forum at GrEEK Campus
On March 18th, the Mental Health Forum by Mind Ur' Mind and the 100 Million Health Initiative will give you the chance to meet with fellow mental health professionals at Downtown Cairo's GrEEK Campus.
As a mental health professional, you understand that our mental health isn't separate from our physical health. Your mind is your body, and you don't need to be "crazy" or "insane" to seek help. Speaking to a therapist or taking out a prescription is no different from jogging to keep your heart pumping, or dieting to watch your weight. It's just a matter of eliminating the stigma behind mental healthcare. So on March 18th, the Mental Health Forum by Mind Ur' Mind and the 100 Million Health Initiative will give you the opportunity to get the word out and meet with Egypt's community of mental health professionals and coaches at the GrEEK Campus in Downtown Cairo.
Throughout the forum, you will have the chance to connect with colleagues, policymakers and corporations to help raise awareness of the importance of mental health practices, and learn how to create a workplace environment where employees can thrive. The event isn't just open for professionals. Anyone who is looking to learn more about the industry - whether as a school or company looking for ways to integrate these practices for themselves, or an advocate looking to align with a wider agenda - is invited to check it out.
Price of registration is set at EGP 250. To sign on, visit circle.thegreekcampus.com/events/208.
