Mony Helal Named Miss Egypt 2018

Mony Helal was dubbed Miss Egypt 2018 this past Friday, which qualifies the Egyptian beauty queen for the Miss World pageant to be held in China in December. 

Helal, who's a fashion model and a former PR manager, also has a philanthropic side as she's said to have contributed to organisations and charities, the likes of Misr Al-Kheir, Gannat El-Kholoud and Baseera for the visually impaired. 

The Dubai-based influencer and model, has also contributed and voiced her support for the first animal protection law in Egypt which is set to be discussed by the parliament soon. 

"“I am looking forward to changing the stereotype of the beauty pageant queens; I believe that true beauty comes from inside,” adds the 26-year-old model of her beliefs and aspirations.
