Roshn Group Launches First Home Sales in Makkah’s Almanar

Roshn Group has launched sales for the first phase of Almanar, its first residential community in Makkah. 

Located near Makkah Gate, the development sits 20 minutes from Masjid al-Haram and less than an hour from Jeddah’s King Abdulaziz International Airport.

The layout features a central green corridor, with more than 18% of its area dedicated to parks and public spaces, with walking and cycling paths incorporated into the development. The initial offering includes 727 single family homes, ranging from three and four bedroom townhouses to four and five bedroom villas, including Roshn’s largest C10 villa type.

Residents will have access to a range of amenities, including retail and commercial centres, schools and mosques.
