At the heart of his popularity is Chef Sayegh's unique style of creating high-level delicacies that infuse herbs in deliciously creative dishes. This gastronomic mastermind began his culinary journey training in Michelin restaurants in California, before venturing off on his own and becoming The Herbal Chef (THC).
By using only the finest herbs, Chef Sayegh earned his THC nickname by transforming one of a kind psychedelic dishes into a mouthwatering euphoric artform. This herbal pioneer will be in Egypt for the very first time and will be preparing innovative fusion dishes that include; A Sumac puffed rice chip with babaganoush, an oyster mushroom kabab with Tumeric yoghurt topped with dehydrated roasted kale and garlic crumble, as well as a pistachio crème brule with baklava ice cream and topped with an anise tuile crumble. These are just a few of the jaw-dropping dishes that The Herbal Chef is planning on bringing to The Grill that is giving us a serious case of the munchies.
