Koshary El Tahrir is Now Open in London
And guess what? The first customers were Egyptian.
From Egyptians blasting out Wegz in Milan's Piazza del Duomo to NYC embracing the signature sandy Cairene aesthetic, we are slowly making our mark on the world, one bewildering moment at a time. And now, a beloved Egyptian culinary staple renowned for its extravagant carbohydrates has found its way to the heart of the city.
Egypt's Koshary El-Tahrir, faithfully serving Egyptians since 1963, has just opened its doors in London, marking its first international branch outside the borders of Al-Mahrousa on Edgware Road. In a delightful twist of fate, the initial customers happened to be Egyptian themselves. It appears that the irresistible allure of koshary transcends boundaries.
