Rolling back into Sahel for a second year, Kenda Interiors by NADIM has set foot between Marina and Marassi in KM 171 to provide us with some much-needed beach house essentials to make the summer home of our dreams a reality. The chain is one of Egypt’s foremost locally-produced home furniture destinations and has worked with some of the fanciest in the business, including the Four Seasons, Fairmont and Grand Hyatt. Sprinkling a little luxury into our seaside homes? Don’t mind if we do.

The chain already has a number of branches in Cairo including Concord Plaza, Mall of Egypt, and Dandy Mall. And it’s no surprise because they make things as easy as can be for the picky shoppers among us (we personally plead guilty - we don't go shopping without a measuring tape) by making customized furniture so you can readapt their products to your exact needs. For lighter essentials, the store is a one-stop showroom carrying a huge variety of home accessories like ceramics, lighting, and carpets as well as fine art and sculptures from a variety of Egyptian artists. But considering the summery vibe we’re trying to transpire in our Sahel homes, what we’re really zeroed in on are a bit of quintessential beach house items that can breathe an air of summer into our homes.

Whether you have a new home that needs some finishing touches or a musty chalet with outdated furniture, we suggest putting together a quick Pinterest board and heading on over to this Sahel showroom. Take a look at their selections at www.kendainteriors.com
