Every horticulturist's dream, every hay fever sufferer's nightmare.
Featuring almost 200 different vendors across 14 acres, the annual Orman Flower Festival is every horticulturist’s dream (although every hay-fever-sufferer’s nightmare).
Now in its remarkable 86th edition, it’s the oldest festival of its kind in the Middle East, and the largest single exhibition of plants and flowers, with a reported 600-plus species on show.
Having kicked off a few short days ago at its namesake Orman Garden, the festival is set to continue till May 3rd, with thousands from Egypt and beyond set to attend what is one of the most unique events in the country
