After the COVID-19 lockdown ended, bringing with it a reopening of international travel, 300 thousand tourists have visited Egypt.
With the resumption of tourism activities, and people once again tending to their travel bucket lists, we couldn’t think of a better choice than to #exploreEGYPT. It looks like nearly 300,000 people feel the exact same way. Over the past three months, almost three hundred thousand tourists have travelled to Egypt from all across the world ever since since air travel reopened in July, 2020.
Each and every one of those travellers returned to their homes without contracting COVID-19 prior to their return dates - or at least, that's what Dr. Khaled El-Enani, the Minister of Tourism and Antiquities said.
