Muscat & Salalah Airports Honored With Airport Service Quality Awards

Muscat International Airport and Salalah Airport have been recognized as the best in the Middle East for passenger experience in the Airports Council International’s (ACI) prestigious Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards.

Muscat International Airport secured the title of Best Airport in the Middle East (5-15 million passengers), along with awards for Best Dedicated Staff, Easiest Airport Journey, and Cleanest Airport.

Meanwhile, Salalah Airport was named Best Airport in the Middle East (under 2 million passengers), earning additional accolades for Best Dedicated Staff, Easiest Airport Journey, Most Enjoyable Airport, and Cleanest Airport.

Both airports will also be featured in ACI’s global Excellence Lists, with Muscat International Airport included in 2024 and Salalah Airport joining the 2025 rankings
