Dubai Metro Expands With New Gold Line

Dubai’s Roads and Transport Authority (RTA) has announced the addition of the Gold Line to the Dubai Metro network, aiming to enhance urban mobility and provide better connectivity between the city’s historic and emerging districts.

The Gold Line will start from Al Ghubaibah in Bur Dubai, linking to Business Bay, Meydan, Global Village, and Dubailand’s residential communities before merging with the existing Red Line. The expansion is designed to alleviate congestion along key metro corridors, offering commuters a faster and more efficient route across the city.
