The literary Alchemist himself, Paulo Coehlo, tweeted his praise of Egyptian director and screenwriter Mohamed Diab's Cairo 678 - a groundbreaking movie released in 2010, starring Bushra and Nelly Karim, among other big names in Egyptian cinema.
