Annual Summit on Emerging Market Economies to Be Held in AlUla
The annual event is designed to encourage opportunities for networking and talks between different sectors.

The inaugural edition of the AlUla Conference for Emerging Market Economies will take place on February 16th and the 17th at AlUla to put the spotlight on global economic challenges.
The event, which will be organised annually by Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Finance and the IMF Regional Office, will bring together finance ministers, central bank governors, policymakers, and leaders from international organizations, academia, and the private sector, including representatives from Egypt and the UAE.
The conference will be structured around a series of panels and discussions, each focusing on different aspects of the global economy, with themes like managing debt and tackling trade challenges. Experts from different areas will take part in in-depth conversations, with each panel offering a space to explore how these markets can adapt to external shocks and global shifts.
