EgyptAir Launches Direct Flights Between Cairo & New Delhi

Following Indian Prime Minister Narenda Modi’s visit to Egypt, EgyptAir has launched plans for a new direct flight between Cairo and India’s capital, New Delhi. EgyptAir will operate the route, making travel between the two major metropolises easier as the two nations seek to increase connectivity. A brand-new aircraft, the A320Neo, will fly up to 142 passengers between Egypt and India four times per week.

The new route is part of a wider project of expansion in line with the Ministry of Civil Aviation’s mission to connect Egypt with various destinations around the world through ‘Hub Cairo’. EgyptAir has already added routes to Dhaka, New Jersey and Manchester.
