Hurghada-Luxor Motorcycle Rally Kicks Off Today
Is there really a better way to promote tourism than to have leather-clad bikers racing cross country? No. The answer is no.
Forget jobs, what’s better for the economy than a pack of irresistibly wild irresponsible bikers in leather chaps? You guessed it, nothing!
Hurghada Cruisers, a group of young motorcycle enthusiasts, teamed up with Red Sea tour guides to organise a motor rally from the city’s tourist walkway all the way to Luxor in celebration of the sun’s alignment on Amun and Hatshepsut temples, reports Egypt Independent. The event kicked off this morning, Monday December 21st, with 60 motorcyclists of different nationalities participating in the rally. According to organisers, this is only the beginning. The move comes in an effort to revive tourism, and this is just the first step for Hurghada Cruisers and the Red Sea Tour Guides' Syndicate, as they have plenty more up their sleeves!
Stay tuned for their upcoming Hurghada-Aswan rally on February 22nd, and join them for the opportunity to zip through the country like nobody’s business. Chicks dig this shit!
