Mashvisor Real Estate Platform Becomes Palestine's First Venture to Enter 500 Startups

Mashvisor, a digital platform that uses analytics to help investors find traditional or Airbnb properties, has just become the first Palestinian startup to participate in Silicon Valley’s 500 Startups programme.

The tech valley giant, which recently launched a MENA microfund in partnership with the Qatar Foundation, incorporated the Palestinian real estate startup to their 19th round of acceleration, which brought 44 new startups to their portfolio of over 1,600 companies worldwide.

Mashvisor, launched in early 2015 in Ramallah, had previously received investment from Ibtikar Fund, and has been seeing a steady growth of 25 percent every month. Focusing on the US market, Co-Founders Peter Abualzolof and Mohammed Jebrini developed interactive property insights - including both traditional and Airbnb prices, occupancy rates, seasonality and cost-flow trends – to help real estate investors optimise their decisions.
