New AI-Chat Robot ‘Hadef’ to Improve Employee Services in Sharjah

As part of its participation in the UAE Innovates 2025 Awards, Sharjah Municipality has launched a new AI-powered smart chat-robot, ‘Hadef’. 

Designed to improve employee services, ‘Hadef’ is a virtual character accessible on all municipality employees’ devices and offers immediate legal consultations on executive regulations and human resources law. 

By reducing the need for direct communication between departments, the chat-robot will facilitate more efficient decision making and ensure employees have constant access to legal information.
