Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival Looks to Inspire This May
The reading festival at Expo City Sharjah will be headlined by American cartoonist Jerry Craft and other notable guests.
From May 1st to the 12th, the Sharjah Children’s Reading Festival will put together panel discussions, talks from renowned authors, and tons of workshops to help visitors sharpen their writing skills.
Organised by the Sharjah Book Authority, the festival has over 180 guests from 25 different countries lined up, including American cartoonist Jerry Craft, doctor Caroline Leaf and illustrator Raul The Third. Visitors will be able to enjoy talks across many disciplines, many of which centre around the theme of ‘heroes’ and the stories they inspire. They'll be leading panel discussions on everything from illustration to mental health and education, offering up a diverse and enriching experience for everyone who stops by.
