Are you up for a physical challenge? The Road to Sahl Hasheesh will put you to the test. On December 5th and 6th, Cairo's athletes are invited to join the Train for Aim Triathlon in the beautiful setting of the Red Sea haven. Only the toughest will survive in this mix of running, swimming and cycling.
Sahl Hasheesh's scenery is ideal for a day of activity. For a triathlon, however, it offers an outstanding backdrop for a never before seen challenge of fitness and will-power. The fresh air of the marine setting and the turquoise water will motivate any runner, swimmer or cyclist to outperform themselves. After the triathlon, Sahl Hasheesh's relaxing atmosphere will help you regenerate perfectly. Testing the limits of your body and fitness never boasted a better reward.
All people are invited to put themselves to the test in different degrees of difficulty. On Friday, athletes can choose between the Sprint Triathlon (750m swim, 20km cycle, 5km run) or the Super Sprint Triathlon (350m swim, 10km cycle, 2.5km run). The following day, the Duathlon (5km run, 20km cycle, 2.5km run) and Olympic Triathlon (1500m swim, 40km cycle, 10km run) dares even the toughest athletes.
