EgyptAir Announces More Flights to Russia for 2018 FIFA World Cup
Egypt Air adds flights to their itinerary in support of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
EgyptAir CEO Safwat Mussalam announced on Monday that the airline intends to add extra flights to Russia for the 2018 FIFA World Cup which starts in June, reports TASS.
Beginning at USD 175, the flights will be scheduled on Tuesday, Thursday and Sunday of each week, according to Ruviation.
Mussalam adds that the extra flights are being arranged for the transportation of the national team's fans. EgyptAir also plans to provide the Egyptian national football team with a new aircraft for their international matches.
Taking place between June 14th and July 15th, the matches for the world cup will be held across 11 cities which are Moscow, St.Petersburg, Sochi, Kazan, Saransk, Kaliningrad, Volgograd, Rostov-on-Don, Nizhny Novgorod, Yekaterinburg and Samara.
