Soirée is Back with Another Huge New Year’s Eve Spectacular

As we countdown the days till New Year's Eve, one question, as it always does, hangs over us - how on earth are we going to celebrate what is arguably the biggest night of the year? With so many options, each one with their own gimmicks and hooks, it's almost tempting to just stay in and avoid making any decisions altogether. In Soirée, however, we have an annual NYE blowout that has seemingly perfected the formula.

Having launched in 2014, the annual shindig has always caught the attention of sparkly-eyed revelers looking to usher in the new year with a lil' bit of class and a lil' bit of mischief - a balance that's no the easiest to strike.

Taking place at Hilton Heliopolis, this year's party is shaping up to be quite the treat, not least because of its eclectic line-up of entertainment.

First off, we have inimitable Arabic pop sensation, Ziad Malik, straight from Lebanon singing us some folkloric ballads with his band. Shaabi legend, Ahmed Sheba, himself is taking to the stage as well, making sure el zahr yel3abs for everyone next year, with DJ Armen V taking over the decks with some disco house mixes to add some groove to evening.

Dancing us through the final hours will be two belly-dancing bombshells. First up is Alla Kushnir, who unbeknownst to many, has a law degree and has been featured in the New York Times. Following Kushnir will be Linda, a local talent with no less expertise in the art of shaking what yo mama gave ya. This is just the tip of the proverbial iceberg, though, with the folks behind Soirée promising more surprises in the way of entertainment. We know - we're just not allowed to tell you.
